She is a graduate from University of Alabama with a degree in Nursing, which eventually led her into medical sales for several years before she found her true passion in real estate. Charlotte’s background shows her true compassionate and nurturing nature which benefits her clientele in any stressful real estate transaction. She’s lived and worked in Southern Florida for past 25 years, and has witnessed the fluctuations and growth in the Florida real estate market.
Charlotte is a multi-million dollar producer with extensive experience in the real estate industry. She has an in depth of knowledge of various facets of the industry including investment, townhome development and residential real estate sales. She personally invests in real estate and has used her own experience and success to help many investor clients grow their portfolio. In response to the national real estate crisis, Charlotte swiftly added a specialization to her business model. She attained the Certified Distressed Property Expert designation, the premier training for short sales and foreclosure education in real estate with less than 1% of REALTORS as members. Her goal is to help the Sarasota real estate market turn around by aiding owners facing financial hardship with short sales. Short sales occur when the bank agrees to accept less than the full amount owed from the sale of a home. Charlotte views foreclosures as a community problem and is willing and able to help anyone in need.
When she is not writing contracts or showing homes, Charlotte is busy being a mom to her son. She also believes in giving back to her community through charitable involvement with Big Brothers/Big Sisters and the American Cancer Society. Charlotte loves the outdoors and leads an active lifestyle that suits her high energy level including skiing, fishing, golf, tennis, and kayaking. She’s an avid learner and loves reading as well as attending the theater.
